combining orders

Question: I have an open order - can I add something to it?

Answer: All customers have the possibility to add items to an open order. The shopsystem checks if there is already an order that is not yet packed or shipped and in this case it will automatically offer you a possibility to combine the new order with an existing one during checkout.

In any case, you have to pay the total shipping costs in advance - but we will only charge you the real additional costs (e.g. for a higher total weight) plus a handling fee of EUR 2,95. Those shipping costs that you have paid too much will be refunded to you (upon shipment) in the same way you have paid us.

However, combining orders should remain an exception, as it means a considerable additional administrative effort for us. Please keep in mind that due to fairness to other customers, your order will automatically be placed in the end of the queue. An order will only be sent free of shipping costs if it achieves the necessary threshold and no bulky goods are involved - it is not possible to acquire a total free of shipping costs delivery by combining two smaller orders.
