Question: How do I order gift vouchers?

Gift vouchers can be ordered in the same way as other items in our store. You can pay using any of the standard payment methods. Once you have placed your order for a Gift Certificate, the value will be added to your personal Gift Certificate Account. In your personal shopping cart, the redeemed amount of your Gift Certificate Account will appear. In addition, a link of your Gift Certificate will appear which you can then forward to your friends via email.

How to send gift vouchers

To send a gift certificate, all you need to do is go to our Gift Certificate Shipping page. You will find the link for this in your personal shopping cart. When you send a gift certificate you will need to provide the following information:

• The name of the person you want to send the gift certificate to.
• The email address of the person you want to send the gift voucher to.
• The amount you would like to send.
  (NOTE: You do not have to use the full amount of the Gift Certificate).

You will also receive a brief email informing you of this. To avoid errors, please make sure you have entered all the information correctly. You will have an additional opportunity to review your information later before you send the gift certificate.

Redeeming gift certificates

When you receive a gift certificate by email, it will tell you the sender, the value of the gift certificate, and a brief message from the sender. The email will also include the gift certificate with the voucher number (voucher code). We recommend that you print out your gift certificate for future use.

You can now redeem your gift certificate in two ways:

1. by clicking on the link sent with the email, which will take you directly to the gift certificate page. In order for this gift certificate to be valid, if you do not already have one, you will need to create an account with our store. Once you have successfully registered, the funds from your Gift Certificate will be transferred to your personal Gift Certificate Account. From now on you can use this credit for your purposes.

2. during the order process you can (as regsitrierter customer with customer account) on the page where you specify your payment method, also enter the voucher number. Enter your personal voucher code and finally click on "Redeem". After a short check on the validity of the gift voucher to be redeemed, the credit will be added to your personal Gift Voucher Account. From now on you can use the amount for your purpose.

If the order value exceeds the balance in your Gift Certificate Account, you can choose the method of payment for the difference. If the order value is less than the balance in your Gift Certificate Account, the remaining balance in your Gift Certificate Account will of course be available for further purchases.
