Dear valued customers!

We kindly like to inform you about the shipping deadlines in the pre-Christmas period. In order to give Santa Clause a chance to deliver the presents on time please stick to the following deadlines. In addition, as every year Austrian Post and GLS might be struggling with delivery problems and delays in the Advent season. Please note that the transport of a postal package may take 1-2 days longer than usual.

Deadline for orders of goods not on stock: Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 07:00 a.m. (in the morning)

After that we can not guarantee a delivery (of goods that are not on stock in our warehouse) under the christmas tree in time.

Deadline for orders of stocked items (planned delivery on December 23rd latest) Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 a.m. (aorund midday).

Last day of shipping this year will be December 23rd 2024 (your package might arrive between the holidays). Then we close our doors to get a Christmas rest. On January 2nd 2025 we will be at your service again. We wish all customers, friends, suppliers, partners, etc. a quiet Advent time, a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
